Following global working experience, Julia has worked in East Africa for the last 15 years building bank grade operations and processes and achieving global certifications.
JUSTIN LARBY
Justin has a background in agricultural value chains but more recently led strategy for Interswitch East Africa with an emphasis on large digital mobile initiatives.
SHAUN MUMFORD
Shaun has a background in development and technical management with a wide range of industries in Zimbabwe and has been deeply involved in Kenya with payments and banking services.

Joe a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience specialising in supporting organisations in their people agenda . He is a certified HR consultant (IHRM) and the Lead Consultant with HURESCO a HR Consulting Company.
