A candid conversation with women CEOs

International Women’s Day often celebrates achievement.

Titles. Growth. Scale.

Those matter.

But we speak far less about what leadership actually requires once you are in the seat. The pressure. The scrutiny. The recalibration. The decisions that carry weight long after the meeting ends.

Over the past year, I have supported a number of CEOs through pivotal moments. That work is deep and often private. Not everyone can access it.

I wanted to create something that reaches more women leaders.

So I am hosting a live masterclass with experienced women CEOs on what they genuinely wish they had known earlier in the role.

This will not be a traditional panel.

No slides.
No scripts.
No polished stories.

Instead, a candid, facilitated conversation about:
What surprised them most once they became CEO
• The hardest lessons they had to internalise
• How pressure evolves over time
• What they now protect to remain effective

It is a paid session to ensure a serious, committed room. Scholarship places and early discounts are available.

If you are leading an organisation or want to in the future, and want grounded insight rather than inspiration, I would value your presence.

Warmly,
Liz
